You can cancel your reservation up to 3 hours before your appointment, free of charge (full refund). For cancellations of less than 3 hours before your appointment, we charge a fee of 50% of the booking value.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This way you will have time to get comfortable and enjoy moments of initial courtesy. In case of delay, the treatment will be shortened to finish at the scheduled time.
